Scott ConwayPresident/Sr Project Manager
As President and Senior Project Manager, Scott manages all activities of the building team. His diverse mix of preconstruction and construction experience informs his keen ability to plan, schedule and coordinate fast track, logistically complex projects. Since forming the company in 1986 he has continued to have a hands-on role in all major projects, training of field and project management staff, business development, and recruiting. Well-known as an industry and civic leader, he is credited with establishing new standards for quality and professionalism in new construction, renovation, interiors and mission critical construction.
Elizabeth DavenportProject Assistant/Controller
With an excess of 11 years in the industry, and extensive work experience in both private and public sector work, Liz is well-suited for her position as the direct liaison between internal and external Project Managers and Client management personnel. With her experience in contract administration, to include Submittals, Pay Applications, Insurance, Certified Payroll, RFI’s and Change Orders, her attention to detail is crucial to every projects success. Liz’s dedication and hands-on approach to working with her Subcontractors, Owners, and Owners Representatives is clearly visible in the quality and quantity of her delivery.
Madison PihlProject Estimator
Formally educated at University of Portland, Madison holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics. His talents are many and his teambuilding and servant leadership skills, combined with his vast experience with complex projects and stringent timelines makes him a crucial part to First Cascade’s success. Madison brings an extensive knowledge of construction methods, process and techniques that allow him to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities and be proficient in the time management of all construction projects.
Matt HubelSenior Field Superintendent
Matt has been engaged heavily in the construction industry, for over 20 years. His working knowledge of the reading and utilization of all aspects; sketches, building plans and blueprints to prepare project layouts and determine dimensions and scale, as well as materials necessary, make him a valuable member of our team. He is skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, and capable to handling these functions with peers, management and with owners, contractors and design professionals. Matt’s education and training include certifications in geometric layout, blueprint reading, LEED as well as Safeway Scaffold erecting, and he is OSHA Certified.
Danny TingeyField Superintendent
Having over 15 years of construction experience, Danny’s attention to detail and ability to communicate to Subcontractors, Project Manager and Owners has delivered numerous projects that have been completed on schedule, within the budget and ensured that the quality of workmanship has been completed as specified. He has completed the 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training.
