First Cascade Corporation was founded in 1990 and is a full service construction firm. First Cascade’s services include construction management, design/build, general contracting, competitive bidding, and consulting. First Cascade has constructed all types of projects including medical, professional offices, educational (including schools), recreational facilities, churches, financial institutions, industrial, homes, and special use projects. First Cascade currently has two estimators/project managers, two superintendents, and one project assistant.

First Cascade’s growth over the past 28 years has been steady and consistent with its commitment to the community and its clients’ needs. We have responded to the changing business climate by adding versatility to meet these changes with innovative ideas and methods of construction. With our electronic job costing, estimating, and scheduling capabilities, our team can meet upcoming challenges with prompt, comprehensive, and competent personal services. We are proud to say that we have an excellent safety record. We are committed helping to reduce expenditure by keeping our entire workforce safe.

History:

First Cascade’s growth over the past 28 years has been steady with our commitment to the community and our clients’ needs. Our owner, Scott Conway, originally had a painting company when a general contractor he often worked for asked them to bid on a small tenant improvement. With his success on this project First Cascade was born. Within five years of being in business, First Cascade built a new ground up bank. With our growth over the past 28 years we have served Willamette Valley, Southwest Washington, as well as the Oregon Coast
